3-bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Quiet house in Southwest Boise. Just looking for additional tenant. LGBT-friendly household - both of the current tenants are LGBT. Fast internet, central heating and air conditioning. Washer and dryer. Close to an Albertsons and a Fred Meyer. Tenant will need to sign a rental agreement saying they’ll give 60 days’ notice before they move. Whether you’re planning to stay 3 months, 6 months, a year or longer we can likely work with it. There’s no lease beyond the 60 days’ notice agreement.

Two guys, friends. We are laid-back and open-minded. We have a dog and a cat. The room we are renting out is the biggest room in the house. Tenant will share the rest of the house. We’d ideally like to live with someone who is social and friendly. Please note this is a non-smoking household – one of the tenants is allergic to cigarette and cannabis smoke.

The two of us have unique spiritual views that are a big part of our lives (“New Age”), but we’re not fanatics. We’re also both LGBT. We’re not a couple, and neither of us are looking for a relationship. We’re very tolerant and accepting of other viewpoints. We go to bed between 9:00 and 10:00 every night and get up at 5:00 every morning, and we’d ideally like to live with someone who keeps similar hours. If you’re nice, kind, communicate well, and clean up after yourself then we should get along fine.
