Located in a quiet neighborhood home in Shoreline, WA 98155. Two single bedrooms each furnished with full size beds and desks. One has an armoire, the other has a closet. House is clean, with shared bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Driveway and off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Very convenient location close to Shoreline South Station, close to grocery stores, gas station and other restaurants. Close to many schools including Shoreline Community College, 10 mins to North Seattle College, 16 mins to UW Bothell, 3-4 mins walking distance to Bus transportation and 20 mins drive to downtown Seattle!

We’ll e-meet via facetime/zoom first, and I will show you around the home for a virtual. If everything works out, we will schedule for a tour in person.

• 1 year minimum preferred, but open to other lease durations as needed

• Rent is $900/month before utilities; will be split between 3 people.

• First month rent plus $900 security deposit prior to move-in.

• No pets allowed

• No smoking inside the room/property.
