Fully furnished 12x16 room in my 2 bedroom apartment. It includes a new full sized bed with new and extra linens, two tiered nightstand with lamp that has an extra outlet and charging ports, small trash can with extra bags, new loveseat with charging ports and side pockets, recliner with a small table next to it, large armoire with lots of hangers for clothes and storage, new 8 drawer dresser, 36 inch tv with Roku player and remote, new 4.7 cubic feet fridge with freezer, kitchen trash can with lid and extra bags, new microwave, new 5 cup coffee pot with scoop and filters, Brita filter pitcher, table and chair, overhead lighting, heat pump for heating and cooling, fire blanket, calendar, blackout curtains with overlay curtains and a small toiletries starter kit- shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There’s a washer and dryer in the hallway outside the bedroom. All household items and utilities are included. You just pay for you own food. There is a full kitchen you can use. I do ask that you clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. Please and thank you.

I’m a very clean and quiet 55 year old woman that lives alone with a 3 legged cat named Finley. I work Mon-Fri and occasionally on the weekend. I don’t have company very often.
