Hi everyone 😊 We are looking for 2 people to take over our lease in our 3 bd + 2bth apartment in Marina Del Rey through 8 MAY 2027. Features in-unit laundry as well.

Room 1: $1516.67 per month Room 2: $1591.67 per month

These rooms are on the same side of the apartment and share a bathroom and a balcony. We have a third roommate who will continue to occupy the third room and second bathroom on the other side of the apartment.

Amenities: As part of the rent, you get access to a pool, two hot tubs, grills, and a gym. Utilities: Around $150 each per month Parking: There is paid gated parking in the building for $90 per month. However, you can also choose to park on Maxella which is free overnight

Area: Truly this is the best area ever. It’s quiet and safe, with multiple schools and parks and young families around. Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, an escape room, restaurants, and bars. Close enough to the highway for easy access. Also walkable to the Marina (and especially the Trader Joe’s on the Marina - our favorite Sunday morning activity!)

She is a 30 year old Sales Manager at a tech company and works from the office 5 days a week. She enjoys working out / yoga after work, long walks, music, and all things girly!
