About the room

I have a four bedroom home, and I have 2 furnished rooms up front with a shared bathroom between them. There is a kitchen area, pantry and walk-in closet. I am renting one furnished room. The other room is being rented by a young male who works and goes to school. He is very clean and respectful, and picks up after himself. I live on a manmade lake that is full of fish, and lots of wild life visit. Home is kept cool, clean, drama free and bug free. Also have AT&T 1000 gb of wireless internet.

About the roomies

I own the house and work from home, and study as well. I am a avid learner and take care of my home. The other tenant is going to school and he works. He keeps to himself and spends time with family on the weekends.
