This is a very quiet and clean condominium with only 22 units, located in the city of Bal Harbour, FL, just a five-minute walk to the beach. The room is spacious and furnished, including a queen-size bed. I’m looking for a mature, responsible person, a non-smoker, no drugs at all, and no children. Have a positive attitude and be primed to live in harmony with reciprocal cooperation and mutual respect. Minimum stay is 1 month, and the maximum can be negotiable if things work well. Ps. The living room will be my bedroom.
