You will have your own room that has a sliding door for direct backyard access. You will have your own bathroom, although it is the central bathroom that may sometimes be used by guests. Parking for up to 1 car is available. The house does not have central air but we have a floor ac that is compatible with the sliding door.

We are two 27 year olds who work during the day. We are usually early to bed and early risers as well. We both have dogs with very different personalities (both are friendly, but have different quirks). We are cooperative and team-players who are looking forward to inviting someone compatible to be a shared member of our home.
