About the room

I have a 1BD/1BA opening up in my 2BD/2BA apartment in the Palms area. You would have your own dedicated parking space inside of our garage. The apartment is a few minute drive to Culver City and short drive to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Mid City.

If you take over my room, rent is $1,275 before utilities. If you take over my roommate’s room, rent is $1,375 before utilities. Both bedrooms come with a private bathroom. Shared spaces are the kitchen, dining area, and living room.
