You’ll be sharing the bathroom with 1 person. There are additional monthly fees for SMUD and WiFi. The room is currently green as seen in the last photos. Landlord allows you to paint and hang things on the walls.

There are 3 cats in the house. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate any additional pets. There will be 2 roommates, both are mid twenties. One is a full time student and one is employed full time.
