This is a very nice house near the beach with a large backyard. Newly refurbished. Looking for a roommate that my current roommate can sublease to. I have a small dog (rat terrier) and two chickens (you can have eggs!). I am clean/responsible and I am usually out of the house working. I’m a musician. I don’t smoke or drink. Please don’t reach out if you smoke pot or cigarettes. Current lease ends in September, but we could possibly re-sign after that.
