The unit was fully renovated in 2023 and sits on Main Street with direct access to the Farmington River, local restaurants, the coffee shop, and the brewery. The room is on the second floor and has its own closet. The full bathroom and in-unit laundry are also on the second floor, so no hauling laundry baskets up and down stairs or wandering to another floor in the middle of the night. You’d share the bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living/dining area with two other adult roommates. The house also has a backyard with an in-ground pool, which is a real perk in the summer. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Electric, gas, and internet are split among the three roommates. Off-street parking is available. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and rural-meets-small-town — perfect if you want to live somewhere with character but still be 20-30 minutes from West Hartford, Farmington, UConn Health, or the I-84 corridor. 12-month lease preferred, starting June 1, 2026. $850/month. He works locally at Abigail’s Grille and Wine Bar and also coaches football and basketball in the area. He’s the day-to-day point of contact for the house. Jamie also works at Abigail’s.
