Large private bedroom available in a very nice apartment. The room includes a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and plenty of space/storage.

The apartment has in-unit laundry, a large kitchen, dishwasher, air conditioning, a comfortable shared living area, and a patio. Bathroom is shared but is kept very clean.

Cats and dogs are a maybe, so if you are interested and have pets, feel free to message me but no promises on that front :/

The apartment complex itself has a nice pool/grilling area, a gym, free coffee, clubhouse with a pool table and private offices. It is very close to an Aldi and Walmart. You can google “Amberleigh South Apartments” to get a feel for it.

We’re both laid back, easy to get along with, social, and probably the least drama prone individuals you’ll ever meet lol.

We enjoy watching shows/movies together, going to the beach, hanging out downtown on weekends, and would be open to becoming friends with whoever moves in!

We’re both very clean and organized, especially when it comes to shared spaces. We LOVE a clean kitchen and try to keep the apartment comfortable and respectful for everyone.

We will occasionally have visitors but they will always be just as respectful of you, your belongings, and your space as we will be!

We don’t have any pets and are 420 friendly (although we do not partake).
