Parking available. Shared space: Kitchen, Living room and Dining area. Two available rooms upstairs with bathroom. YES you can utilize both rooms. OR if we decide on another roommate, you can then choose which room you would prefer. (I personally would like short term for upstairs however, a great vibe can definitely change my mind) Downstairs: (short or long term) bathroom with shower and separate entrance to home. My pre-teen and myself are friendly however, we stay to ourselves. I enjoy peace, cooking, cleaning, dark humor, peace, jazz music, anime, peace & I create “things”. My work schedule varies and we travel. My child is an artist, very calm, empathetic, introvert. We meditate together and we do not tolerate yelling. This is a very quiet neighborhood; company is fine to a certain extent… (please no invasive family member(s). Where this home is located there’s plenty of restaurants and stores for your everyday needs. (within walking distance) There’s a yard with no fence so the local bunnies you will see passing through. Our home is smoke free however, be my guest to indulge outside (vapes inside your personal area is ok) I’m easy going and communication is key. Serious inquiries only and please have great hygiene (the water is included in your rent) I do have a vehicle however, I’m not obligated to take you anywhere. I love pets and I don’t have any in this home. Cats are a maybe (I’m not a fan of them clawing my belongings) Dogs are welcome ONLY if house broken, if your pooch barks relentlessly (don’t be surprised if I text you “we need to talk” lol) clean up all poop please, I’ll pass on the organic fertilizer… Month to Month will be GREAT.
