Looking for a girl in mid 30’s to fill a room in early July. Located in Tustin, ca right off the 5 freeway. Rent is $1300 + utilities. Plenty of street parking, two pools, and located to many restaurants, gyms, freeway and toll roads. Will be sharing a bathroom with my other roommate. The house is located right off the 5 freeway. Lots of grocery stores, places to eat, Costco.

I do have one dog, he’s almost 15. No other pets allowed.
