Non smoking, small room for rent with shared kitchen and beautiful large deck in ranch home. Newly painted, new carpet, newer windows and window coverings (my dog has never been in this room). Safe, clean, and quiet. Prefer mature female emotionally and financially stable that is clean and works full time. I have a driveway available for off street parking. Travel nurses welcome. Monthly rental includes basic utilities and trash. Washer and Dryer not available to tenants.

Currently owner occupied, 1 female 50s, works critical care. Prefer a clean and quiet, relaxed home. I have an older female husky that is relaxed and quiet, does shed but vacuum often. She is not good with any other animals.
