Home has solar so gas and electric is about $60-75 total Water/sewer/trash $97 total Plus cable & internet about $85each
New neighborhood in Erie - Parkdale. Community pool. Lots of trails. I have 1 cat. No other pets permitted.
No smoking of any kind. No drugs.
Lease is up for renewal in October. He will increase 5%. You must be added to the current lease and pass background and credit check.
About the roomies
