The apartment is furnished in the living room and has full appliances in the kitchen, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. I am looking to rent out the master bedroom, which has a bathroom attachment and a good-sized closet. There is also a balcony, a rooftop area, a pool, and gym access. I do not currently have any pets, but I know the building allows dogs or cats with a small fee. There is a great deal of parking, and you can also pay for a spot in the underground parking.
