About the room
This is a spacious master bedroom suite in a private corner in the downstairs of the home.
There is a large attached bathroom with separate shower & bathtub and a walk-in closet.
The room gets great natural light during the day and looks out onto the backyard.
The room is unfurnished. The kitchen and living room that make up the shared downstairs area are furnished, including everything needed to cook in the kitchen, and a TV and fireplace in the living room.
The home is in a nice Youngsville neighborhood that has a pool and park within a few minute walk.
About the roomies
The upstairs of the home has 2 bedrooms, which are occupied by my brother and I (23M and 25M).
We are quiet and clean people, we don’t host parties at the home but will occasionally have friends over. I have nerdier hobbies; board games, dnd, reading, etc. My brother participates in these as well but he is overall more sporty, we also play video games and cook together frequently.
