Great closet and room space with friendly neighbors. Spacious living room with a nice shower and smooth sliding glass doors. Close by to a lot of good food spots that are open late night. Maintenance and payment of rent is quick and efficient with lovely office staff. RCC and UCR very close by. Excellent sink Garbage disposal and nice black cabinets with a dog friendly residence. U can rent both bedspaces to have your own room after move out of the other roomates.
