I have two bedrooms available in my house. One of the bedrooms contains a bed and serves as a guest room for anyone who wishes to stay over. It is relatively new. The other room is currently utilized as a storage area, but I can clear it out if needed. There is a bathroom with a shower located in the basement; although I have never used the shower, I can confirm that it is functional. I am open to accommodating any specific needs regarding the space. High-speed internet is available here, and it is exceptionally fast. All the televisions are connected to the internet, ensuring there is always something to watch. The house features keyless entry, so you will not have to worry about being locked out.
