Entry to the basement is through the main front door of the house, down a short hall to the basement door/steps down. Street parking is available. No pets - two cats already on premises. Rent includes all utilities and Internet access. Occupant responsible for securing and paying for cable or streaming services. Rent is negotiable if occupant willing to mow the grass and take care of snow removal.
