Huge room (~400sf) available in Stagecoach Run neighborhood near the Walmart. A 2nd small bedroom (120sf) for a home office/study/etc is negotiable for an extra fee. There are 2 cats and a dog already living in the house. All utilities included (power, water, high speed internet) plus biweekly cleaning service in shared areas. If you’d also like your room and/or bathroom cleaned, the difference can be included in your rent. The house is 4 bedrooms and you would be the only other roommate. I have an inside security camera system that I mostly use to check on the dog or figure out where I put something down that I’ve lost track of (I am very forgetful). The room for rent is the large bonus room above the garage, with the hall bath being yours exclusively

Single woman with 2 cats and a dog, I’ve ended up with too much house after my sister and her kids moved out and I could use some help paying the bills. Plus, I prefer having another warm body in the house versus living completely alone, even if we don’t interact much. I like to chat, but if you’re the quiet type I’ll leave you alone and we’ll just co-exist - most of my roommates have been the type to keep to themselves. I work from home most days taking phone calls, hours 11a-8p, and am generally a night owl. Small rodents, herps, or bugs are permitted as pets, but no cats or dogs, aquariums, or anything that needs a heat lamp. My dad visits frequently, usually about once a week on average, but he always checks if it’s a good time first so he wouldn’t be randomly dropping in.
