Welcome to our home in the heart of historic Camden, located directly across from the famous Carolina Cup Racing Association track in one of Camden’s oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods, Kirkover Hills. Surrounded by charm, history, and peaceful scenery, this 2,600 sq. ft. two-story home offers a warm and comfortable place to stay whether you’re here short-term or looking for a longer retreat.
Guests will have access to a private bedroom and their own personal bathroom, along with shared access to the kitchen, living room, den, and sunroom. The above-ground pool is also available for guests to enjoy during their stay. The upstairs area of the home is reserved as my personal space and is not accessible to guests.
I do have older children who visit every other weekend, as well as during portions of the summer and holidays. They have their own bedrooms within the home and are respectful of shared spaces.
This home is ideal for someone looking for a peaceful, welcoming environment with the convenience of downtown Camden nearby and the beauty of one of the area’s most established neighborhoods.
No smoking or vaping is allowed! No animals!
Electric and water bill are included in the price.
Renter is responsible for their own necessities. IE: toiletry items, groceries, personal products, etc.
