• Central air and baseboard heat *INTERNET INCLUDED. (We each stream our favorite channels.)
• Spacious fenced-in backyard with vegetable garden and fruit trees
• Shared front entrance, front and back decks and a patio available to roommates
• 5 bedroom, 3 bath, Cape Cod in SAFE tree lined neighborhood, grocery, restaurants, entertainment walking distance
• Street parking available with $40 annual parking permit
• 10 minute train ride to University City and Center City, nice walk to Regional Rail, 101 and 102 trolleys, 109, 113, 117 and 42 buses

Move in with first and last month, plus security deposit. (That’s $2040 to move in.) Reference check and background check. No pets, but plants are great!

I’m on my 70s. My roommates are 40s-50s. We are friendly, but we only see each occasionally as we pass through the foyer. It’s like we each have our own little studio with a shared entrance.
