Near the Russian River in Healdsburg, right across the street from Del Rio Woods. It’s a very quiet area with access to nature. Shared kitchen and bathroom, bedrooms are on separate floors which helps for privacy. There are two cats and a dog here, so probably no pets but would consider if it’s a good fit. It’s about a 5 minute drive into town. Room will be ready to show on June 1st after the current occupant moves out. There is some storage space available outside of the room.

I work full time and am pretty quiet otherwise. On my weekends I work on the property.
