The living room and kitchen and main parking spot is all yours. No laundry on site. I’ll spend most of my time in my room. Non-negotiable: quiet from 9pm -9am. Less than a mile to the Tart bus stop, waters edge beach, Tahoma market and Post Office.

The tenant I am seeking: Since I am a male homeowner and working professional M-F, I would prefer a female to help maintain an easy going, but structured energy in the house where privacy is maximized. Male tenants will only be considered if they are locals with established employment. House Rules: This is a cigarette-free and mostly alcohol-free property.
