Bedroom pics still have my old roommates’ stuff, which will be removed. I smoke, if it bothers you. I do have 2 big dogs that are obnoxious but very sweet and don’t bite unless you are a burglar wearing pork chop underwear lol. LANDLORD HAS A 2 PET LIMIT SO NO MORE PETS ALLOWED. Rent is $600* per month UTILITIES EXCEPT TV PAID. $100 DEPOSIT. Message me for more details. You will need your own TV. You will also need your own bed. There is a full size futon if you want to use it as a bed. There is a desk and chair and 2 drressers in the room that stay or can also be removed. The house was built in 1949 and is out of shape due to age. You get the master bedroom. IF YOU ARE A CLEAN FREAK WE WILL NOT GET ALONG UNLESS YOU LIKE TO CLEAN FOR FREE!! There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. You have full use of the kitchen, laundry, a private bedroom, and a shared bath. RENT RATE IS FOR ONE PERSON; couples* are fine, but there is an extra $100* more rent to compensate for higher utilities. I take $50 off June rent you pay in advance by May 19th. May rent will be prorated to June 1st. WEEKLY RENT CAN BE ARRANGED FOR $175 PER WEEK FOR ONE PERSON AND $200 PER WEEK FOR A COUPLE. The only reason I charge more for a couple is the increase in utilities.
