The Space & Amenities Looking for a roommate for a giant bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom in a highly secure, 12-unit condo building. The property is exceptionally quiet and peaceful.
Parking: Dedicated space in a secure, underground locked garage.
Pets: Small dog or cat welcome. There is an excellent dog walk right outside.
Privacy: The condo is quiet. My 47-year-old disabled brother lives here as well; he keeps entirely to himself in his room, with the door shut, watching TV with headphones, only stepping out a few times a day to use the kitchen or bathroom. So basically you have an entire home to yourself for the vast majority of the time.
The Ideal Roommate
The Ideal Roommate & Maintenance Expectations Currently the common areas of the house are kept clean but not pristine. We are offering the room at a lower rate than normal to find a specific type of roommate. We need someone who is naturally very clean and loves keeping a living space tidy. If you are the type of person who takes charge of keeping a home organized and clean, you will thrive here. However, if that is not your thing, we can have a weekly cleaning service instead, which would change the cost accordingly.
We also want someone self-reliant. If you are handy, proactive, and prefer fixing minor household issues yourself rather than calling me for every small detail, this is the perfect fit.
In other words, low maintenance person.
Move-in Requirements
- Proof of solid income
- Cosigner / Guarantor required
- Deposit: $4,500
- 1 year minimum but up to 3 years possible.
About the roomies
