Your own private bedroom and bathroom . You have your own back entry and own deck that’s is connected to your sliding glass door bedroom entry. but are welcome to use any of the 3 entries. Shared kitchen and living room however , I stay to myself in my room. We are all adults so there’s no need for an endless list of rules . I won’t bother you if you don’t bother me. I won’t tell you what or when to do your thing just so long it’s reciprocated . You know as an adult what is respectful and what’s not . I don’t really care what you do , I’m not bothered by very much. I work 2nd shift so I’m often up very late . If that bothers you , this isn’t the room for you . There’s a dog. Sweet as can be , she does however have lots of energy . If dogs are an issue , again this isn’t the room for you because she’s def not going anywhere . I’m chill and laid back , rarely offended by anything what so ever . And hoping to get the same in a roommate . Male, female and couples welcome but if a couple the rent is different than what’s posted .

Currently I live here alone . I work 2nd shift so I’m home by 9-10pm . I do sit up late . This may not work for some. I cook when I get home and I’m happy to cook for us all with replaced ideas and shared funds towards it . I’m open to whatever , rarely offended and stay in my room most times . I’m not bothered by very much except , loud music when pulling in driveway . That can annoy me at times but that’s about it . I’m simple .
