BIG livingrm is available. It’s completely closed off and private! Its the largest space in apt and it totally looks like a bedrm! The apt is SHARED space with 2 other women (in the bedrm) in 1b1b apt. Yes its doable!! One of the girls is gone literally 95% if the time. No joke. If everyone is busy and productive..its totally doable and has been for a long time!! Last person that rented this lvingrm space was here for 6.5 yrs and he only left bc he needed to take care of aging parents.
Room: Comes with bed and side table but you’ll need to supply a dresser! I can also clear out my furniture if you want to come with your own stuff. Youll have a cupboard in kitchen for dry goods. My fridge is small so you cant fill it with a lot of stuff. Youll have a small closet AND a great clothes rack in room
Looking for a clean, trustworthy professional. I unfortunately work from home rn so am looking for someone to match my 9-5 work schedule outside of apt..or as close to it as possible. Its a must. Many many ppl have 9-5 jobs outside of home or are full time students AND work.
