About the room

The apartment is literally just up the road from Texas State University. Its a 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath. Your room is not furnished, though I do have a mattress you can have you need one. Beyond that, its a surprisingly quiet spot.

Utilities are not included in the rent price, so we’d be splitting utilities + 725 in rent. Move in is available for early June. Message me if ur interested!
