It is a two-bedroom unit in a row house located on a dead-end street in East St. Paul near Metro State University. The upstairs includes two bedrooms (available bedroom is unfinished) and a bathroom. The main floor is the living room, dining room, and kitchen, while the basement offers storage space along with a private washer and dryer. It is a couple of blocks off of 94 and close to multiple bus stops.

I am a preschool teacher in St Paul. I’m friendly but also quite and keep to myself most of the time. I have a cat who likes people and is a pretty good boy.
