Furnished room is available in a cozy, two story apartment nestled in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. The apartment complex is small, charming, and very cute with friendly neighbors. This place truly feels like home.

Internet is included and utilities are split. Laundry on-site and restricted to residents only. Street parking is available.

Conveniently located only 5 minutes from Target, Petsmart, Chase, Albertsons, Walmart grocers and CVS. 15 minutes to Claremont. Situated right in between the 10 and 210.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one other person, me! I’m a female 28 y/o working professional who works nearby in Claremont. Occasionally my girlfriend or a friend will come visit or stay the night. You can, of course, invite guests over. (I’m not one of those landlords that doesn’t expect you to have a life). You’ll also be sharing the place with my small dog, cat, and (temporarily) bunny. My pets are all potty/litter trained, and I clean up after them everyday after work.
