About the room

It’s a 2 bedroom townhome. No garage. However there is a parking lot. The townhouse is 730 a month. 365 for each roommate. It comes with 2 bathrooms. One half bathroom and one full bathroom. It comes with cable and electric is a separate payment but I haven’t paid that much in terms of the most being 90 but most of the time it’s like 50-60 bucks. It comes with a basement however a downside is that I don’t currently have a washer or dryer. There is a laundry mat in a 5 minute radius.

About the roomies

I like to play video games, hike, read watch movies, draw, bird watch, learn languages. It’s just me currently. I usually stay to myself but friendly if u talk to me or if I talk to u. One thing tho. Make sure ur straight forward with me.
