The location is convenient for transit and outdoor activities. There is an NJ Transit bus stop on the corner of the same block, with service to Harrison PATH Station. West Hudson Park is also within about 100 meters of the house and offers volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The kitchen and living area are shared with four other occupants: one master’s student and three early-career IT professionals. One roommate usually leaves early for college, another drives to work, one works from home full-time, and another works from home three to four days a week. They are friendly, well-mannered, easy to get along with, and respectful of shared spaces. A couple of them also enjoy cooking.

The kitchen is on the same floor and includes a gas range, microwave, and washer/dryer. Tenants may bring small personal appliances, such as an Instant Pot, if needed.

Shared internet is included. Gas and electricity are additional.

Assigned off-street parking is available for an additional $100/month.

The landlord is generally flexible. However, if you need to move out before the agreed rental period ends, you would be responsible for helping find a suitable replacement tenant to take over the remaining term.
