About the room

Private room in a safe neighborhood near the traffic circle and CSULB. Apartment is gated and is a 2bd/1.5ba. Room is semi-furnished with a twin bed, desk, and bookshelves. It also has its own entrance. If you want it unfurnished, we can do that as well. 1 rotating garage space. Cats and maybe small/medium dogs welcome. No pet fee. We pay for internet + electricity, which is a maximum of $100/mo.

About the roomies

I work a FT job but am off every other Friday. I am quiet, but am open to becoming friends and hanging out. I have one cat who gets along with other cats after proper introduction.

As for hobbies, I like arts and crafts, travelling, and rollerskating.
