Located in the lovely Montavilla neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee, and transit access. You’ll have your own bedroom with closet and the guest bathroom. I don’t have guests often, but that’s the only time you would need to share the bathroom. There is a shared livingroom, kitchen, and back yard space.

I have a dog and a cat who are older and well behaved. I’d prefer not to introduce more pets if possible. I own the house, so you’re living with someone who actually cares about the space. There are no other roommates.
