The apartment complex is a 3 floor townhouse with four bedrooms, and the recipient will be on the second floor. Each room has its own closet and bathroom, and the first floor is a living room and kitchen with a separate bathroom and laundry room. The rent itself is 725$ monthly, but with water, electricity, and garbage, it goes around 800-850$. One of the current roommates has a cat, so cat owners are welcome. In addition, I am willing to give away 500$ if you wish to move in before June, and 300$ if after. Any other deals can be negotiable on contact since I have a lot to give away.
