About the room

Hello, We have a room available in our four-bedroom apartment at Sanctuary at Highland Oaks apartments complex. The room will be unfurnished, despite the images’ furniture. We keep the place clean with routine vacuuming. We have high speed internet, which includes WiFi and hard cable for every room of the apartment because of the reduced latency. The complex is peaceful with two pools, a tennis court, basketball court, a small 24-hour gym, a dog park, and plenty of parking. The room in this post is the “master bedroom” and quite large with its own private bathroom. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven.
We are located near the I75 and I4 interchange, which is close to many office jobs and 10-15 minute drive to major shopping areas. The proximity to I-4 also allows for a quicker commute to Downtown or even St Petersburg. In order to live in the apartment, you have to join the lease, which requires a background and credit check for $75. These are the apartment complex’s rules, not ours. We had a great candidate the last time we needed to replace a roommate, but the apartment complex rejected him because of a felony.
Available to move-in June 4th, 2026. While the price for the room is $775, there are variable utilities that work out to about another $125/month.

About the roomies

We are three young and middle-aged male professionals. One of us is in the trades and the other two are in software. We mostly stick to ourselves, work on our careers, and relax at night and the weekends with some sort of hobby separately. We are respectful of one another and solve problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
