It is a 2 bedroom duplex in the northside of town. Only about 1 mile from downtown. Has a shared, fenced in yard with awesome neighbors. There is a large living room, washer/dryer, descent sized kitchen, and a shared bathroom. I also have a small garden outside the front door. I have a good bit of furniture already, but am splitting everything up with my current roommate that is leaving, so I would say it is half furnished. The total rent is $1450 a month that we would split. Utilities usually come out to be $80 total that we would also split. It also has heat but no A/C and is pet friendly. I do know that having a pet is an additional $500 security deposit with the landlord.

I am a 23 year old girl and am very outdoorsy and adventurous! I currently am graduated from college and work a full time job, but love to go on camping trips and lots of exploring. I also like to bike, exercise, run, and hike! I have a cat that is very friendly, I’m not sure how she is with other animals but she has never bitten, hissed, or scratched and I think she would be ok with another pet. I used to share this apartment with my longterm boyfriend, but we recently split up right after renewing our lease. So basically I’m looking for someone to take over his year lease, that starts next month. I am pretty quiet, clean, value my sleep (but still like to go out sometimes), and am looking for someone that I could get along well with and be a friend as well as a roommate/adventure buddy!
