About the room
Hi! I’m looking for someone to move into the master bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at 1607 Glendon starting in July or August for at least 6 months. The room has its own bathroom, a big walk-in closet, private balcony, and a parking spot in the garage. The apartment is on the rooftop and has a lot of natural light, plus in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC, a big pantry, extra storage, and fully furnished common spaces. It’s walking distance to UCLA and Westwood. The room can come furnished with the furniture in the photos for a discounted price or unfurnished if you’d rather bring your own stuff. Rent is $1,800/month plus electric and gas, and the lease is month-to-month.
About the roomies
My names Millie and I’m a 23-year-old UCLA graduate currently working at UCLA. I work from home Monday and Tuesday and I’m in the office from Wednesday - Friday. I’m typically up early to go to the gym before work and get home around 5:45pm. Im a quiet and tidy person and keep the common areas clean. I enjoy watching tv and having chill nights in. I occasionally have friends over and I’m chill with guests coming and staying over as long as you give a heads up. I don’t have a partner. I’d love to find someone who is more than just a cohabitant.
