Hi there, I have a room available in a charming 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in West Newton for a 12 month lease starting June 1st, 2026. Walking distance from Moody St. and 20 minutes outside of Boston, this location is great for exploring while also being located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is access to the commuter rail within five minutes, and the apartment is near several major highways, including routes 95, 90, and 30.

Your space includes a bedroom with 2 closets and 2 windows. Free washer & dryer (+ storage) are available in the shared basement, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and a large fridge. The apartment also includes one shared bathroom, a dining room, and living room. One driveway spot is available, but street parking is free and always available in front of our house.

About me- I’m in my 20s and work full time; I’m looking for someone who is clean and has a quieter day to day lifestyle. The landlord is extremely kind and accommodating, and the tenants downstairs are quiet but friendly.

The space is available as of June 1st; rent is $945 per month. We pay for electricity, wifi, and oil; oil is $95/month, wifi is $25/month, and electricity is anywhere from $40-$80 per month depending on the time of year. You are responsible for providing first and last month’s rent upon signing the lease.
