I’m renting out this comfortable private room with its own bathroom is up for rent in a lovely, well-kept two-bedroom apartment.
The monthly rent is $1,000 which covers all utilities and Wi-Fi! Additional benefits include an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of closet space, along with spacious living areas and kitchen. All bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) are included.
Please keep in mind that this is a peaceful, drama-free home - not a party space.
