The house is a two story unit, with the bedroom upstairs becoming available. Washer and dryer are in the basement but there is no dishwasher. Fully fenced small backyard and three seasons porch. Located in SE Minneapolis within walking distance of MLK Jr Park. Very quiet neighborhood and off street parking.
About the roomies
Only one roommate, I am 25 yr F with two pets. 14yr dog who sleeps most of the day and 3yr cat, both very friendly and good with other animals so pets are welcome! I work 10 hrs shifts 4 days of the week so I would be gone mostly during the day but I do like a chill, relaxed evening at home after a long day.
