Very close to Short Hills Mall and a local Golf Course. Parking on the private driveway. Perfect for a young professional. You may share the house with two other individuals. Recycling is every two weeks. The tenant is responsible for cleaning and collecting trash. I am looking for a professional, quiet, clean, and responsible person (female or male). You will be responsible for 1/3 of the utilities, internet, water usage, landscaping, and monthly cleaning of the house.
