The monthly rent is $900, which covers all utilities and Wi-Fi! Additional benefits include an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, ample pantry space, and shared private parking. There is plenty of closet space, along with spacious living areas and kitchen. All bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) are included.
