Light, bright, rooms; recently repainted, carpets cleaned, in wonderful condition. Excellent kitchen and huge living room; separate dining room and front room. Big back deck and backyard. One sunlit bedroom and an additional separate bedroom/office with a delightful view is now available.

You would have your own private furnished bedroom and an additional bedroom/office. Shared use of the kitchen, living room, dining room and utility room (washing machine; tumble dryer); high speed WiFi (NextLite - 1GB download speed!); air-conditioning throughout. Large unfinished basement makes some storage possible. There is ample street parking. Please see the photos - you can see that you can have an enormous amount of shared space and also as much privacy as you want.

I am seeking a mature, responsible, no drama individual, non-smoker, not a drug user. No pets allowed. We may enjoy some social time together but also respect each other’s privacy and quiet time. An additional $125/month contribution to expenses covers electricity, gas, water, trash, high speed Wi-Fi, household supplies (cleaning, kitchen, bathroom, paper goods, trash). No other costs.
