Rooms for Rent in Beautiful Private Estate – Kaneohe, Hawaii 🌺
Aloha friends,
We have two beautiful rooms available (or becoming available soon) in our large private estate located in a gated community in Kaneohe. This peaceful property is truly paradise, featuring:
- Ocean views
- Private pool & hot tub
- Waterfall & koi pond
- Beautiful landscaped yard with fire pit
- Over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space
- Two spacious living rooms
We are ideally looking for either:
- A couple interested in renting both rooms at a discounted rate, or
- One single occupant per room
🌴 Kona Room
Available: May 18 – August 30 (Flexible extension may be possible for the right fit)
- Furnished or unfurnished
- Private lanai overlooking the garden
- Includes garage parking
Rent: $1,300/month + $200 utilities
Our previous roommate hopes to return at the end of August, so we are currently seeking someone comfortable with a 3-month stay. However, a longer-term arrangement may be possible if it feels like a great fit.
🌺 Kalani Room
Available: Between June 1 – June 15 Lease term: Through end of September or October
This room is very large and feels much like a private studio apartment.
Features include:
- Double closets
- Extra refrigerator
- Queen-size bed included (can be removed if you have your own furniture)
Rent: $1,400/month + $200 utilities
Utilities Include
- Pool service
- Yard service
- Pest control
- High-speed internet
- Natural gas
- Water
- Electricity
💧 If you are interested in helping care for the koi fish, we can offer a $100 monthly rent discount.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking kind-hearted, respectful, healthy-minded tenants who value a peaceful living environment.
Requirements:
- Non-smoker (including cigarettes)
- No dogs
- One person per room unless renting both rooms as a couple
We respect privacy, but also enjoy occasional shared meals, relaxing in the hot tub, and meaningful conversation. It’s a warm and welcoming home with a nice balance of community and personal space.
