About the room

I have a spacious single family home that I would like to rent out to one woman. I travel a lot in the summer for work, so I will be here and there. You will have your own bedroom of choice and bathroom! Living room has a fireplace and flatscreen for entertainment. Laundry room, and private parking. I also have security cameras going around the clock so we are safe.

About the roomies

I do not like my house to be crowded or cluttered, so I would like to only rent to 1 person for now. The home does have multiple bedrooms though. Looking for someone who is clean, nice, and easy to get along with. WOMEN only!!!
