About the room

Hi, I’m a 36yo female looking for a roommate, preferably another female or single mom to share a two bedroom two bath with me in a beautiful apartment in Rancho Bernardo with several amenities. I have 2 dogs-husky/shepherd mix and border collie/rottweiler mix who can get hyper as they play together but they’re all love and licks so it would have to be a massive dog lover. No parties, no smoking. I don’t mind alcohol around and drink at times as well.

About the roomies

I will be living with my 5 year old half time so preferred find another single mom or somebody with a set routine and lives a calm and quiet lifestyle. Proof of income 2x monthly rent, proof of stable employment, background and reference screening.
